The Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce at the State of Kuwait has expressed readiness of the chamber to invest in the therapic gum manufacture in the state of Blue Nile, in addition to the application of modern technological systems for collecting and packing the state's hibiscus crop.
This came at the meeting of the Wali (governor) of the State of Blue Nile Hussein Yassin Hamad held, at his office Wednesday, with the Head of the Kuwaiti Chamber of Commerce Khalid Abdul-Ghani, where he directed the Ministry of Physical Planning in the state to allocate a plot of land for establishment of a therapic gum plant.
The governor of Blue Nile State extended detailed briefing about the possibilities of the state in forest sector generally and the gum Arabic trees in particular, in addition to the gum- producing trees in the state.
The visit of the delegation to the state comes within the framework of getting acquainted with the potential of the state, especially investment in the manufacture of medical gum.
